Highlight & Snipe

Save highlighted text from any webpage directly to NotebookLM with a simple right-click. Perfect for quickly capturing quotes, research snippets, or important information while browsing.

If you haven't installed the extension in your browser, please install it first.

How it works

  1. Select any text on any webpage
  2. Right-click to open the context menu
  3. Click "Send highlight to NotebookLM"
  4. A popup will open showing your notebooks
  5. Select an existing notebook or create a new one
  6. The highlighted text will be saved as a source in your notebook

What gets saved?

When you save a highlight, Kortex creates a source in your NotebookLM notebook containing:

  • Source title: First 8 words of the highlighted text
  • Source content:
    • Source URL (where the text came from)
    • Date and time when snippet was captured
    • The full highlighted text

Note: This feature is available to all users (no subscription required). You must be signed in to use this feature.
