# Smart Sort


Smart Sort automatically files notebooks into the right Collection when you tag them.

## How It Works

**IF** you add a specific tag (example: `#Work`)

**THEN** the notebook moves into a specific collection (example: _Office Projects_)

## Why Use It

- **Auto-filing** — tagging becomes filing
- **Consistent organization** — everything lands where it should
